As 2024 begins, companies wishing to participate in the expo will get busy.
WITH.C has not yet officially participated in an expo, but we regularly go to expos to look at trends and talk with people in the industry.
In particular, the product direction that Korean consumers want and the direction that overseas buyers want are different, and the expo is a good place to study the differences.
Today, April 26th, I participated in the International Cosmetic Raw Materials and Technology Exhibition held in Ilsan, Korea and gained a lot of information.
So today, I would like to share the schedule for an exhibition related to vegan food and cosmetics held in Korea.
[April 2024]
- Korea Vegan Fair 2024 (April 11-13, COEX, Seoul):
This expo promotes vegan food, cosmetics, tea, and other consumer goods sold in Korea. - International Cosmetic Raw Materials and Technology Exhibition 2024 (April 23-26, KINTEX, Ilsan):
This exhibition features participation from companies specializing in cosmetics raw materials, beauty-related devices, cosmetic container companies, and more.

- Daejeon Nail Expo (May 10-12, Daejeon DCC Daejeon Convention Center):
An expo where 50 companies in the nail-related industry participate, organized by the same organizer across 4 to 5 regions with different schedules. - Seoul International Seafood Exhibition (May 15-17, Seoul COEX):
This expo involves local government cooperatives and individual companies related to marine products, featuring everything from seaweed to frozen and dried products. - Daegu International Beauty Expo (May 17-19, EXCO):
A beauty-related expo with 130 companies participating, including domestic and foreign manufacturers and brands. - Konail Expo (May 19-21, COEX):
An expo where various industries, including nails, eyelashes, and waxing, converge, with about 40 companies scheduled to participate. - Seoul International Cosmetics and Beauty Industry Expo (May 29-31, Seoul COEX):
A large-scale beauty-related expo with a tradition of 37 years, featuring 300 to 400 domestic and foreign companies. - Seoul Vegan & Picture Festa (May 31 – June 2, Seoul SETEX):
A vegan product fair with over 250 participating companies, making it one of the largest vegan-related fairs.

- International Food Industry Exhibition, Seoul (June 11-14, Ilsan KINTEX):
This expo features participation from domestic and foreign food and related equipment companies. As an international exhibition, domestic companies primarily showcase foods representing Korea.

- In-cosmetics KOREA (July 24-26, Seoul COEX):
This expo originated at the UK’s National Exhibition Center (NEC) in 1990 and now includes participation from 250-300 domestic and foreign cosmetic raw material companies.
[October 2024]
- Osong Cosmetics Beauty Industry Expo (October 15-19, Osong Life Science Complex):
A beauty industry expo with approximately 150 participating companies, with more manufacturers participating than brand companies. - K-beauty Expo KOREA (October 17-19, Ilsan KINTEX):
A large-scale beauty exhibition featuring over 350 domestic and foreign companies.
As anticipated, the majority of expos occur in the first half of the year, with May, boasting the best weather in Korea, being particularly busy. Many fairs offer special perks for buyers, such as free entry upon registration. While some events may require pre-registration, others allow entry simply by presenting a business card. Make sure to verify the entry requirements for the specific event you’re interested in!
